Joseph has a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from the Kerola University of India and an Associate Degree in Respiratory Therapy from Hahnemann University. Joseph is an executive committee member of KALAA (Kerala Art and Literary Association of America) Indian Organization. He is a member of Council of Indian Organizations, former President and Secretary of various Indian Organizations. He is a member of the American Association of Respiratory Therapists, member of the American Chemical Society, and member of Amnesty International.
